Our sex and dating advisor's new project includes this subject.
So, does it matter. I say so. If it is too constrictive it hurts and seems to cut off blood flow and even pinches. If it is too large it is likely to come off, maybe inside one's partner. The important thing is to find the right size that is both comfortable and secure.
We who are a bit endowed (embarrassed) sometime find it hard to find larger sized condoms. I imagine it is the same with men who are more compact, or, like Japanese men, short but much wider.
But for the man with an average size the world of condoms is heaven. One of the reasons why many African males don't use condoms is because ours are much too small. That is not touting the fantasy that all of them are hung like horses. Foolish. It seems Scandinavian men have somewhat the same problem. Fortunately, there are manufacturers and sex shops that carry just about any size one would need. (there is one in New York run by two women that sells nothing but condoms.) they will, of course, mail anywhere it is legal and are online, which is not an ad. A healthy and happy performing penis one that wears a secure and comfortable condom. This way would surely help in the fight against STDs, sexual parasites and the plague of hepatitis. Does your partner have the right condom for him/her or you?
